Manaus (AM) — Pátio Gourmet launched a line of functional juices developed by the chef of the Marimari restaurant, Juliana Faingluz. The new products are initially available at the Pátio Gourmet unit on Avenida Via Láctea, Morada do Sol complex, where the restaurant also operates.

The chef explains that the line initially has six types of juices – “Energy”, “Termo”, “Relax”, “Health”, “Detox” and “Regular”. Each one was developed with a specific purpose, such as offering energy, improving immunity, helping to detoxify, relax, increase caloric expenditure, among others.

According to Juliana Faingluz, the recipes are made with natural ingredients, such as fruits and vegetables, do not contain sugar and are wholegrain. “We select the ingredients according to their functionalities”, she highlights. “Relax”, for example, has passion fruit, mango, fuji apple, chamomile, fennel, organic turmeric and coconut water. “Saúde” contains beetroot, passion fruit, tangerine, blueberry, chia, ginger and gojiberry.

The new line of products, in addition to being healthy, has the advantage of being practical and saving time. This is because, to consume the juice, simply blend the ingredients in the glass in a blender, with a little water. “The person consumes a natural and healthy juice in just a few minutes,” he said.

emphasizes.

In addition to juices, Pátio Gourmet has options for ready-made salads, fresh pasta and sauces and a line of healthy sweets. All products are developed by chef Juliana Faingluz. The chain also maintains the lunch box service, in which the customer takes the diet recommended by the nutritionist and the Marimari restaurant team, led by chef Juliana Faingluz, prepares the menu.
