Manaus (AM) – Chef Bruno Muller, responsible for the production of Natan Congelados, holds a series of free show classes this July, aimed at entrepreneurs or people who want to start a business in the bakery and confectionery area.
Bruno Muller is from Novo Hamburgo, in Rio Grande do Sul, and he is responsible for the creation of bakery and confectionery items for Natan Congelados, an Amazonian industry specialized in this area.
Classes take place at the Natan store located at Rua Guaporema, 28, Cidade Nova neighborhood, always starting at 3 pm. This Friday (8), the class will be about sweet breads. Interested parties can register through Sympla. This month, there will also be a class on snacks for parties, baked snacks and French bread, on Thursdays.
According to Bruno Muller, the purpose of the classes is to answer the doubts of entrepreneurs, provide guidance on how to use Natan products to generate income, show how to manipulate frozen foods to get the best result and present production techniques.
“Often people want to invest in something to earn extra income and still haven’t found the right option. With the classes, we want to stimulate entrepreneurship”,
he said.
