With two goals from Bruninho, Red Bull Bragantino confirmed its favoritism and defeated Botafogo, at home, in the quarterfinals of the Campeonato Paulista. The match took place this Sunday (12) at night, in Bragança Paulista.
With the result 2-0, Bragantino should be visiting in the semifinal against the winner of the confrontation between São Paulo and Água Santa. The two teams face each other this Monday (13), at Allianz Parque, in the capital.
The Morumbi team will use the Palmeiras home because their stadium is reserved for Coldplay concerts.
Palmeiras, owner of the best campaign, advanced to the semifinal after beating São Bernardo by 1 to 0, and will play at home against Ituano, who surprised Corinthians this Sunday, after winning on penalties at Neo Química Arena. In normal time, it was a 1-1 draw.
The dates of the clashes will still be defined by the FPF (Paulista Football Federation).
