Chamber approves urgency regime for project that typifies zoophilia

On the return of legislative work, after the July parliamentary recess, the Chamber of Deputies approved, this Tuesday (1), the urgency regime for Bill 1494/21, by deputy Fred Costa (Patriota-MG), that typifies the practice of zoophilia as a crime of mistreatment. Another six legislative proposals will also be urgently analyzed in the next plenary sessions.
Among the urgent projects, there is PL 1037/23, by Deputy Rogéria Santos (Republicanos-BA), which allows the movement of the worker’s linked account in the FGTS for other purposes, such as in situations of domestic violence or for women responsible for the family in which there is a person with a disability or serious illness, pregnant or giving birth;
Another project is PL 143/19, by Deputy Marcos Pereira (Republicans-SP), which prevents the budget of the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) from being restricted. In addition to PL 2952/22, which institutes the National Policy for Prevention and Control of Cancer under the Unified Health System (SUS); and PL 2530/23, by Deputy Guilherme Boulos (Psol-SP), which prohibits the consignee institution from contracting loans that have not been authorized by the beneficiary, under penalty of this being with the loan amount without payment of amortization installments.
The deputies also approved the urgency for the Senate’s PL 2757/22, which extinguishes resolutive clauses (prohibition on selling before a certain period, for example) contained in domain titles issued before October 10, 1997 under the law of land regularization of 2009 (Law 11.952/09).
