CBJJD and Mineirinho prepare big party for Rio Summer Jiu-Jitsu Open

The sixteenth edition of the traditional Jiu-Jitsu Circuit that has been held in Rio de Janeiro since 2008, now the CBJJD National Circuit, has the Mineirinho soft drink brand as a reference. And on the 4th and 5th of February, the organization of the Rio Summer Open will promote a big party for participants at Arena Carioca 1, in the Olympic Park (RJ).
In addition to awarding and honoring the best in the ranking of the 2021/22 season, where nine international tickets will be distributed, weekends at a Hotel Fazenda, trophies and certificates, Refrigerante Mineirinho, official sponsor of the Circuit, will raffle several personalized gifts among all participants.
Valid for the third stage of the Mineirinho National Jiu-Jitsu Circuit, the Rio Summer Open 2023 will also have fights for all weight and age categories, from pre-child to master, from white to black belt. The absolute champions, male and female, will receive cash prizes. The traditional superfights, through the New Talents Challenge and the Queen of Rio, also promise to shake up the event.
It is also worth remembering that this stage has double points for the ranking, so registrations are exceeding expectations and may close before the deadline, which is next Friday, January 27th. CBJJD President Rogério Gavazza commented on his expectations for the Rio Summer Open:
“Since the Circuit is now national, we will have athletes from Mato Grosso do Sul, Vitória and the entire state of Rio de Janeiro, who are already aiming to lead the ranking. We certainly plan high-level fights and a true Jiu party. -Jitsu in Rio”, ended.
