CBF announces dates of first phase games

The CBF released this Saturday (11) the dates and times of the matches of the first phase of the Copa do Brasil.
The debut match will be between Marília and Brusque, on February 21, at 4 pm (Brasília time), at the Bento de Abreu stadium.
The two winners of the duels of each group face each other in the second phase.
The games will be held between February 22nd and March 2nd.
BIGGEST AWARD OF THE BRAZILIAN CUP
This edition will have a record prize pool of BRL 420 million, with an increase in the value of quotas in all phases.
The champion will pocket a total of around R$ 92 million. Flamengo, winner of the last edition, earns R$ 76.8 million with the competition.
The first phase of the Copa do Brasil is played in a single match. The teams with the best positions in the national ranking of clubs play for a draw, but as visitors.
This stage brings together 80 teams and 12 teams will enter the tournament in the third phase: Atlético-MG, Fortaleza, Flamengo, Palmeiras, Athletico-PR, Internacional, Corinthians and Fluminense, who will come from Libertadores, in addition to São Paulo, classified by Brasileiro, Cruzeiro , champion of Série B, Sport, vice-champion of the Copa do Nordeste, and Paysandu, champion of the Copa Verde.
