The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Cármen Lúcia voted this Thursday (11) to make defendants over 250 denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) for alleged involvement in the acts of vandalism on January 8. She followed the understanding of the rapporteur, Minister Alexandre de Moraes.

This Wednesday (10), the President of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Minister Rosa Weber, and Minister Dias Toffoli also followed the rapporteur’s vote. With that, the score is 4-0.

The analysis of cases, which takes place in the virtual plenary of the Court, began on Tuesday (9) and runs until May 15. This is the fourth block trial of those denounced by the PGR. So far, the STF has made 550 defendants accused. The investigations that judge the intellectual authors (4921) and the executors (4922) of the acts of vandalism that resulted in the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers are being analyzed.
