Caixa Econômica Federal will open, next Tuesday (20), registrations for the contest of its internship program with vacancies in all states. Vacancies are intended for high school, technical and university students. Participation in the process is free.

The value of the scholarship varies according to the workload of the internship program, which ranges from 20 to 25 hours per week. For secondary and technical education students, the amount paid is R$400 and R$500, depending on the workload. Higher education students receive from R$800 to R$1,000, also depending on the weekly workload. Those selected are also entitled to a transport allowance of R$ 130 per month.

To participate in the selection process, you must be at least 16 years old and enrolled in the 1st year of regular high school, in EJA (Youth and Adult Education) or in technical courses related to the vacancies offered.

For higher education opportunities, you must be in the fifth semester of courses in architecture and urbanism, pedagogy, psychology, social services, social sciences, political sciences, law, civil engineering and electrical engineering.

Despite not having the stipulated number of vacancies, Caixa will reserve 10% of them for people with disabilities and another 30% for black or brown candidates, who need to fill out the self-declaration form on the contest page or click on this link.

How will the test

  • The test is online and will be available on the contest page shortly after registration.
  • The exam can be taken until 12:00 on the 14th of July
  • The test will be multiple choice and will consist of 20 questions, ten of which will be Portuguese, five will be computer science and five will be general knowledge.
  • The candidate will have two minutes to answer each question. After this time, the answer to the question will be blank and the system will go to the next question.
  • If you want to disconnect and take the test again at another time, as long as it is during the registration and online test period, click on “Answer and leave the test”
  • During the test, the candidate will not be able to open more than one browser window or tab, take the mouse cursor off the screen or take a screenshot of the screen under penalty of having the question canceled

The provisional classification of the exam will be released on August 7th. Feature requests are only accepted on the 8th of August. The final classification will be published on August 17th, on the CIEE website.

The selected candidate will be contacted by email and/or telephone informed at the time of registration, and it is the candidate’s responsibility to keep the CIEE registration data up to date.
