Bráz was elected the fourth best pizzeria chain in the world by the Italian ranking 50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chain, the most important sector guide in the European country.
Having just turned 25 years old, Bráz is the only Brazilian to appear among the top ten and has moved up one position compared to last year’s list.
The award ceremony takes place annually in Naples and recognizes the best artisanal pizzeria chains in the world. Brands with at least four addresses in the country of origin or outside are included in the list. More than a hundred judges visit the restaurants, always in pairs, and follow a series of criteria to choose the winners.
The Brazilian network has nine units. The majority are in São Paulo, in the neighborhoods of Pinheiros, Perdizes, Higienópolis, Moema, Tatuapé, Paraíso and Vila Mariana. One is located in Rio de Janeiro and the other in Campinas.
