Manaus (AM) – A futuristic, bold work, designed to promote an encounter with nature between people and the city and redefine the corporate experience. This is what the architects involved in the design and construction of the Botânica Office, an Engeco project that is being built on Avenida Darcy Vargas, Central-South Zone of Manaus, define.

Planned to house different businesses with convenience, innovation and well-designed spaces, the business center draws attention to the originality of its facade, completely inspired by the biophilic concept and integration with the regional reality.

“Botânica is more than a commercial building. It is the harmony between corporate life and exuberant nature”,

says architect Simone Haddad, recognized in the city for her involvement with healthy living proposals.

“It combines innovation and technology with nature to bring well-being and quality of life to the professional environment”, he highlights.

More than a traditional office, Botânica provides opportunities for encounters: with nature, through its facade of vines and internal landscaping; with people, through internal spaces that invite people to have a tete-a-tete, strengthening bonds and encouraging new partnerships and their integrated environments that make people see each other; and with the city, as it was planned to bring it closer, making it an extension of the building and vice versa.

“Botânica Office focuses on coexistence, with balconies on all floors that allow engagement between people from different areas”, points out architect Jória Guerreiro. “When we look at the Botânica Office we are surprised by the future”, adds architect Milena Bonfim, who has worked in the area for over 15 years. Both also recommend the project.

Botânica Office brings together knowing-how (knowing how to do) with wellness-working (working with well-being), within an innovative concept of bringing nature closer to people, which is reflected in a structure of fill your eyes with beauty and boldness.

“It is the most advanced architecture in the world”, say the architects responsible for the project, Laurent Troost and Vitor Pessoa, who have stood out in the market for integralist proposals, focused on the dialogue between architecture and nature. “With its facade of climbing plants filtering the afternoon light, it connects all building users with the city and was designed to encourage social and corporate meetings,” explains Troost.

Optimization

Jória Guerreiro also highlights the optimization of spaces dedicated to business, with rooms ranging from 32 to 132.98 m², specially designed to house offices, law firms, architecture, advertising agencies, among others, with spaces for reception, meeting room and operational, within the specificities of each activity.

“As a businesswoman I look for environments that offer innovation, inspiration and connection”, says Simone Haddad. “The development has a privileged location and versatile commercial spaces. Botânica Office came to redefine the corporate experience,” she says.

Other differences

In addition to the biophilic facade, which offers beauty, thermal and lighting comfort, the landscaping, with several species of unique and differentiated plants, the public balconies on each floor and multiple living areas, Botânica also has a differentiated common area, with a lobby with double height ceilings, circulation and elevator hall with windows overlooking the city on all floors, ground floor with public space for integration and recreation and provision for commercial spaces, among others.
