Deputies from the base of Governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) in the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo intend to summon Rafael Ramos da Silva, advisor to the State Secretary for Public Security, Guilherme Derrite, to charge him with regard to the WhatsApp message in which the group of parliamentarians is called a traitor.
As shown to Sheetthe confusion generated by the message opened a crisis in the government base in the midst of the discussion of a project for the salary increase for police officers sent to the Legislative Assembly by Tarcísio.
Deputies criticize the governor’s project for neglecting some categories over others in relation to the increase and for proposing an increase in the contribution value of retirees (which the governor promised to change).
The idea of the deputies is to call the advisor to the Public Security Commission of Alesp and ask if the idea for the message came from him or Derrite, with whom he is close. Those responsible for it, they say, must be penalized.
The message attributed to Ramos states that the government “was betrayed by the base in Alesp, the only place he [Tarcísio] I was sure I would support him until death”.
He also claims that members of the security forces cannot “see an inch beyond their noses” and will never have “that window of opportunity” again.
