And the other platforms? Kwai says he can’t open those numbers. Meta (owner of Facebook and Instagram), as well as YouTube, Telegram and Twitter, also did not comment. Bad news.

The companies that control these platforms are suicidal. As companies do not kill each other, because those who kill them are their directors, they run the risk of becoming accomplices in scams, lies and defamation.

It wouldn’t hurt to disclose numbers like TikTok’s.

The arrogant silence that these doctors wear when discussing the improper use of their companies’ services could fuel advances against freedom of expression.

It is known that the government cooks up a legal instrument to stop the use of social networks as an instrument of coup-mongering, lying and defamatory mobilizations. The arrogance of some can be used to satisfy others.

The platforms used to organize the “Selma Party” on January 8 were instrumental in committing crimes.

If a guy uses a Volkswagen to rob a bank, the Volkswagen has nothing to do with it, but if a Volkswagen Beetle rental company knows that its cars are being used in robberies, it costs him nothing to collaborate with the police by giving him the list of renters.

When they refuse to reveal even how many inappropriate videos they took down in the days when Brazil went through a vandalistic attempt at a coup d’état, they bring water to the monjolo of the class that likes censorship.
