Manu Buffara, elected the best female chef in Latin America in 2022, is one of the guests to participate in 50 Best Explores, a travel web series from The World’s 50 Best list. In this edition, the program explores the Spanish region of Castilla-La Mancha with the chef from Curitiba and the Canadian chef Jeremy Chan.

The series highlights summer products from the provinces of Ciudad Real and Albacete, in Spain, of recognized international quality.

In the second episode, Manu checks out the summer products from the Ciudad Real and Albacete regions, tries the latest cuisine in the best Manchego restaurants and visits the picturesque lakes of the Ruidera Natural Reserve. She also explores the local treasures and winemaking of the region.

Last year, Manu, by Manu Buffara, ranked 46th among the 50 best restaurants in Latin America.

In the third and final episode, Chan, owner of Ikoyi, (#35 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2023) goes in search of autumn items such as truffles, mushrooms and game meat.
