Athletico and players have sentences to serve in Paranaense 2024

Athletico and players from the Atletiba duo have punishments to serve in the ParanĂ¡ 2024 for the fight in the first classic of this season. With the State table released on Monday (20), the ParanĂ¡ Football Federation (FPF) left the first three FuracĂ£o games as the location “to be defined”.

However, Athletico’s matches will take place at the Ligga Arena, but behind closed doors. The club’s legal team will still try to include women and children in these games, as happened in the first matches of this season.

Athletico, initially, had been punished with six games behind closed doors and with the matches taking place 100 kilometers away by the Full Court of Sports Justice of ParanĂ¡ (TJD-PR). But an appeal at the Superior Court of Sports Justice (STJD) reduced and modified the sentence.

Some players will also have matches to play next year. Of the five Athletico athletes punished, three are still at the club (Thiago Heleno, Pedro Henrique and Christian) and two have already left (Pedrinho and Terans).

The “General” played three games and will have to sit out three more. Pedro Henrique, currently injured and with an undefined future, served three suspensions and has five more to serve. The midfielder was also suspended for eight games and only served three.

Of the athletes from Coritiba, Fabricio Daniel (loaned) got six matches, Alef Manga (suspended from football) received eight hook matches and Victor Luis took a game. Remember all the punishments of the time!

The punishments are due to the widespread fight in the first Atletiba of 2023, a duel in the seventh round of the first phase, which ended 1-1. The confrontation between the teams took place in the final minutes, with a fight between athletes and an invasion of the field by FuracĂ£o fans. .

In 2024, FuracĂ£o debuts in Paranaense against Andraus, on January 17th, Wednesday, as a visitor, at Vila Capanema. Coxa will play on the 18th, Thursday, at 8:30 pm, against PSTC, at Couto Pereira. Atletiba will only be in the 10th round on February 18th, a Sunday, at 6:30 pm, led by Coritiba.
