Responsible for customer service, professionals were honored at integration events in seven cities across the country

Manaus (AM) – Gas station attendants, lane managers and station managers will be rewarded, along with customers, in Atem Distribuidora’s new promotional campaign. Scheduled to launch on April 18, the “Combustível do Bem” campaign will distribute prizes to customers in the states of Acre, Amazonas, Roraima, Rondônia, Pará, Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul.

Throughout Brazil, Distribuidora Atem has more than 350 branded stations, responsible for delivering international quality fuel from the Amazon group. On Thursday (11) and Friday (12), professionals participated in workshops to integrate and learn about the rules of the new campaign.

In Manaus, the event brought together 270 employees from flagged posts. The opening was made by the Commercial Director of Distribuidora Atem, Alexandre Ferreira, and by the Director of Marketing, Communication and ESG of the Atem Group, Paula Vieira.

“It’s like two campaigns in one. For the population, there will be countless advantages. For the workers, the gas station attendant, lane manager and station manager, they will have incredible prizes and, above all, the recognition and appreciation of their role and work in providing excellent customer service”, highlighted Paula Vieira.

The mechanics of the Fuel for Good Promotion were presented by the Communications and Marketing Manager of Distribuidora Atem, Monique Lasmar. “The meeting was a unique opportunity to value these essential professionals who are on the front line with our clients,” said Monique.

Atem Group’s IT Governance Project Manager, Eduardo Santos, highlighted the functioning of the technological system for job management developed by the distributor, Syncrodata. “Atem has invested in technology and provided full support for our partners to optimize sales,” he commented.

Gas station attendant Jonatas Araújo, from the José Romão auto station, in the São José neighborhood, East Zone of Manaus, highlighted the importance of the integration event.

“I’m very happy to participate because this event attracts gas station attendants, teaches them how the campaign works and how customers can use the Poshcash app. This greatly improves my customer service work, as well as the customer experience when refueling with us”,

he said.

“It’s great to be part of this event, and I want to participate in others too. I really believe in this campaign because it is very important for customers, but also for entities that do good”, said gas station attendant Joelma de Lima, who works at a gas station in the Cachoeirinha neighborhood, in the south zone of Manaus.

The face-to-face meetings took place in Manaus (AM), Boa Vista (RR) and Porto Velho (RO). In other cities, employees at flagged stations participated online.
