Alexandre Correa asked for his ex-wife’s arrest because he was unable to see his son on the agreed dates

Businessman Alexandre Correa filed a request for the arrest of his ex-wife, presenter Ana Hickmann, this Wednesday (3), for parental alienation, alleging that Ana did not hand over the ex-couple’s son, Alexandre Júnior, aged 9 , to spend the holidays with him.

Through a statement sent by her communications advisor, the presenter claims that she is strictly complying with the dates for the minor’s visitation with his father, as agreed between the lawyers handling the case.

This Wednesday (3), the businessman called in his defense, represented by lawyers Enio Martins Murad and Diva Carla Bueno Nogueira, so that the presenter could be detained within 24 hours for the crime of parental alienation.

Below is Alexandre’s request signed by the lawyers representing him

“It so happens that, on today, January 3, 2024, the defendant mother (Ana Hickmann), in total disregard for the content of the court order, refused to hand over the couple’s son to his paternal grandparents so that the vacation period could remain. with his parent or applicant (Alexandre Correa), allowing only a quick meeting for a snack in the late afternoon, claiming that he was going to the beach with friends and that he would take the minor with him, preventing family relationships and coexistence and fully proving the repeated facts and acts of parental alienation, the object of this demand and public knowledge”.

The businessman claims that his son was not handed over to spend the period from September 3 to 7 in his father’s company. Hickmann’s defense claims that the agreement was duly transferred between the 9th and 10th of January where everything will be strictly complied with as agreed.

The presenter and her ex-husband are in a legal battle amid their divorce after Correa attacked Hickamann at the couple’s home in Itu (SP) in November last year.
