Layza Felizardo claims that the singer exchanged messages with several women

Amazonian student Layza Felizardo, 24, ex-wife of singer Amado Batista, 72, spoke about the end of their relationship of almost 6 years. When they started dating, she was just 17 years old and the couple lived together.

In an interview for journalist Fábia Oliveira’s column, Layza stated that the relationship ended due to the artist’s betrayal. “I got tired of looking at his cell phone talking to several girls from different states. And that was when they didn’t come to my social networks and say that I was a cuckold and mean things,” she said.

Despite the arrests, Layza says that Amado Batista never admitted the betrayals. “He always denied it, saying that I was unique, that I was the one with him and in his house, as a woman, and not them, that they were jealous,” she said.

When asked about the case, Amado Batista’s office informed that he would not comment on the case. “He already left a note that doesn’t talk about his personal life. But if you want to know about the 4 billion views on YouTube, more than 30 million records sold, 48 years of career, we are at your disposal”, says the statement.
