16-year-old Corinthian dies after game against Fortaleza

What was supposed to be fun ended up in tragedy for the young man Rafael Suman Brolezi, only 16 years old. The fan of Corinthians died after the 1-1 draw with Fortaleza, at Neo Química Arena, in the semifinals of the South American Cup, on Tuesday (26) night, victim of an electric shock near the stadium.
Rafael was in the company of a 43-year-old cousin heading to the Itaquera shopping mall, where they left the car parked, to return home, in Águas de Lindoia, when the accident occurred.
When he left one of the stadium’s exits on Rua Doutor Luiz Ayres, Rafael leaned on a power pole and ended up suffering an electric shock. He was still rescued by SAMU, but ended up dying at Planalto Hospital.
The young man received immediate care from the ambulance located at Neo Química Arena after the electrical shock and was taken to the Itaquera UPA, then transferred to Hospital Planalto, where the death of the boy, son of councilor Valmir Franco and Daniela, was confirmed. Suman.
Rafael’s body was sent to the Artur Alvim Legal Medical Institute (IML) and the case will be investigated as a “suspicious death” by the 24th Ponte Rasa Police Department in partnership with the 65th Artur Alvim DP.
