In judicial recovery with a debt of R$2.3 billion, 123milhas continues with an advertising campaign at the country’s main airports that encourages passengers to make purchases using a QR Code.

In Recife (PE) and Congonhas (SP), for example, advertising is on the fingers that lead to the planes. The interested party simply needs to capture the image on their cell phone to be directed to a website, which carries out the sale normally.

The advertising campaign information was sent to the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacom) of the Ministry of Justice by consumers. The department must take measures this week to prevent unsuspecting people from purchasing tickets without there being a guarantee that it will be issued.

This was the reason that led 123miles to suspend the sale of packages and tickets on the Promo123 line, which have no set date.

As pointed out by Sheetthere are now more than 16 thousand legal actions against 123milhas, totaling more than R$200 million — most of them from consumers who felt aggrieved by the fact that their trips were suspended.
