This year, brands took great care of their panettone, investing in different flavors, special ingredients and beautiful packaging. But the investment in “bites”, pieces of dough covered with chocolate – now even in the candy version, as in the case of Casa Bauducco’s launch – caught our attention. Carrots

The great asset of Casa Bauducco’s panettone is the sugar crust, which gives it a crunchy texture and a delicious taste. It also contains dried fruits such as apricots, raisins and plums in the dough, with a firmer texture but with that Christmas smell. The brand went beyond bites, and launched chocolate candies in boxes perfect for gifting. And they are delicious!

One of Gallette’s launches is the Pistachio Panettone, which features dough with chocolate drops, a creamy pistachio filling and is covered with intense chocolate and sprinkled pistachios. A beauty! The brand also launched the Bites Box, with small pieces of panettone wrapped in milk chocolate.

The company, which is already known for including typically Brazilian fillings in its products, launched Panettone Romeu e Julieta, which features the classic combination of cheese and guava paste in its filling. The panettone has white dough made from natural fermentation with milk chocolate drops. It’s all covered in milk chocolate and decorated with white chocolate stripes.

Panettone Floresta from Deli Garage brings a cool new addition to its filling: pates fruits, the handmade gummy candies from the French confectionery. The fruit pulp is solidified until it turns into a gelatin that is resistant to the oven process. Artisanal gum was created from jabuticaba, mango, cashew, orange and pitanga, grown organically at Fazenda Bananal. Very cool!

Panettone Tropicale has a light and soft dough made from natural fermentation and brings a Brazilian touch with the addition of guava paste combined with cashew and Pará nuts in the filling. The perfume is more delicate and reminds me of the smell of bread when it comes out of the oven, delicious.

The Bráz artisanal panettone has natural fermentation and semi-sweet chocolate drops that combine with the glazed orange pieces. The topping features a sugar coating with chestnuts.
