As of this Tuesday (4), the Duq Gastronomia restaurant will serve a special winter menu, prepared by chef Felipe Miyake. Dinner in four courses will be served from 7 pm, and has a fixed price of R$260. The menu will be available throughout the month of July, along with the regular menu.

The meal starts with a drink welcome, followed by the entrance. The options are: Cream of cassava with fresh porcini mushroom, Creamy polenta with lamb ragout and Capeletti in brodo. For the main course, the customer can choose between lamb Agnolotti with parmesan fonduta, Ossobuco in their own sauce with a side dish of their choice (Risotto, Tagliolini or creamy Polenta) or Goulash with Taglioline in butter. For dessert, the options are the Dorayaki with macadamia ice cream and dulce de leche syrup or the chocolate brownie with nuts and vanilla ice cream with 70% chocolate sauce for dessert.

During the month of July, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, DJs from Leevyn Music will be responsible for the music in the restaurant.
