The feature enables companies across all sectors, such as banks, food delivery services, e-commerce brands, and airlines, to create interactions with their customers. For example, the system allows people to use WhatsApp to check in and choose a seat on the plane, or make a reservation at a restaurant, make appointments, among other things. Everything will be done within the messaging platform without the need to migrate to another application. To achieve this, there will be specific interfaces for each service. At the moment, only Banco Pan and Magazine Luiza. The expectation is that the update will soon be accessible to all companies that use the app’s corporate service. During the event, Mark Zuckerberg announced that he will expand the Meta Verified seal to businesses on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Today, the seal is only granted to some companies. Testing will begin on WhatsApp in the following months.
