Visitors Party and Parintins Festival will be broadcast at Largo São Sebastião

Largo de São Sebastião will get into the atmosphere of the 56th Parintins Folklore Festival, starting at 7 pm this Thursday (29), with the transmission of the Visitors’ Festival for those who stayed in the capital and want to enjoy the spectacle of the people of forest. The dispute between bumbas Caprichoso and Garantido, from June 30th to July 2nd, will also be shown on big screens in the center of Manaus.
Executive Secretary Candido Jeremias explains that a structure will be set up with a screen, chairs and security. According to him, on Thursday, the program will run until midnight, while on the 30th, the schedule will run from 8:00 pm to 2:30 am. On the second and third night of the bumbás presentation, the broadcast will be from 7:00 pm to 2:30 am.
“The Government of Amazonas, through the Secretariat of Culture, has prepared an extensive program related to the Folk Festival of Parintins in Manaus for the public looking for an open space to follow the events of the Tupinambarana Island”,
says Candido Jeremias.
The assembly of the structure began this Tuesday (27), in Largo de São Sebastião.

Promoted by the State Government, through the Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy, Amazonense Agency for Cultural Development (AADC) and cultural support from Eneva, the party precedes the 56th Parintins Folk Festival (June 30, July 1 and 2) . For the first time, the party will be held at the Bumbódromo and will feature a 360º stage to host shows by Uendel Pinheiro, George Japa, David Assayag, Mickael, Jr Paulain, Rafa Militão, DJ Jorge Neto and national attractions, Ludmila and Simone Mendes .
