Indaia Restaurant

In this edition of the festival, you will be able to choose between sweet and savory options at Indaiá, as well as vegan and lactose-free variations. The cheese fondue has some flavors, like cream cheese with caramelized onions, gorgonzola or cheddar. For dessert, chocolate of different types – including vegan. The full menu costs R$129.90 and will be served at dinner.

Maka

Maka Gastrobar promises to surprise you with the risotto of ají amarillo (Peruvian pepper), for dessert, churros with brigadeiro and chocolate farofa or dark chocolate soufflé, roasted with chili, accompanied by grilled pineapple, Sicilian lemon ice cream and chocolate farofa .
