Influencer Vanessa Lopes ended her fast of posting on social media this Saturday morning (30). The celebrity pressed the quit button and left BBB 24 on January 19 and had not appeared on her own social media since confinement.

In a post of a sequence of photos, in which she appears doing water activities and enjoying moments with friends and family, she made a long outburst focused on fears and reliefs.

“Fear and relief… Anxiety… Anxiety about having time, but feeling like you have nothing to alleviate the agony and fear! Claustrophobia of elevators, cars, lots of things. Everything is very suffocating, even what used to be normal for me,” began Vanessa.

She also spoke about the need to eat in search of pleasure and listed some fears. “Fear of leaving the house, but afraid of staying at home; fear of feeling like a bad person and fear of looking like a character; fear of what he said or what he didn’t say; fear of what was real and fear of what was imagination; fear of being “crazy” and too real; afraid of being normal and boring.”

However, the ex-sister assured that these were “the last few weeks of fear, but also of relief” and continued: “Relief of being with my family. Relief from being with friends. Relief in physical activities. Relief with each step of treatment improvement. Relief with every bath, every hug, every song sung, every sport, every dance, every breath in the open air. Relief in the little things that remind us we are alive,” she gushed.

Vanessa Lopes then concluded by talking about now being able to enjoy the opportunities that life gives her. Furthermore, she assured that she will post again on the networks.

“And so it was that during weeks of fear and relief, I remembered to take advantage of the time that is uncertain and precious. And this is how I come back, sharing my fears and reliefs with those who give me the pleasure of living, loving, caring for myself, evolving and having time”, he concluded.

The brothers and sisters tried to convince her not to press, but the tiktoker had already made her decision.

The brothers then hugged Vanessa and listened to their sister’s outburst. In recent days, the Brasilia native has gone through several crises that worried the public regarding her mental health.
