From the heart of the most sophisticated neighborhood in Curitiba to the most popular coastal city in Santa Catarina – and loved by Curitiba residents. OX Room Steakhouse, an award-winning restaurant in the capital of Paraná, opened a unit in Balneário Camboriú, in Santa Catarina.

OX Steak & Fish is already operating at Avenida Atlântica, 5690, at the restaurant point of Barra Sul. Just like the headquarters, the new unit strictly follows the recipe for success in preparing the best noble meats and seafood, in a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.

The Santa Catarina branch has two floors divided into environments that mix the concept of Lounge with American Bar, inspired by the best style of steakhouses in the United States. The restaurant is ideal for those who enjoy more refined cuisine, preparing barbecue on the grill and in the oven, with a menu with more than 60 options including beef, seafood, risotto, pasta, among others.

“The menu at OX in Balneário Camboriú focuses not only on meat, but also on fish and seafood, such as shellfish and fish that are as fresh as possible. But, without leaving aside the classic dishes served in Curitiba, such as smoked rib cuts and the ‘best sellers’ are on the new menu”, says chef Bruno Faro, who heads the kitchen.

Among the options served, the highlights include the sautéed Fresh Squid starter in herb sauce, and the Whole Lobster finished grilled with herb butter accompanied by house sauces, grilled pirão, crispy farofa, rice with chestnuts and potato salad.

The difference in service, combined with personalized attention, takes the gastronomic experience to another level. The house’s wine cellar, with labels from different regions of the world, complements the exclusive offer.

All meat served is certified Angus cattle, known for its superior texture and flavor, sourced from the house’s exclusive butcher shop.

The successful trajectory of OX Room Steakhouse has not gone unnoticed since it opened its doors in Curitiba. Since the beginning, the restaurant has been recognized as a two-time winner of TripAdvisor’s Traveler’s Choice award, as the best and best-rated restaurant in the city, among more than 3,500 establishments in the city.

Recently, OX Room Steakhouse also received the prestigious Top View Gastronomy in the “celebrate anniversary” category. New Year

In addition to opening the new unit in Balneário Camboriú, the trendy OX Steak & Fish is already preparing a super celebration for the arrival of 2024. Chef Bruno Faro prepared a Special Tasting Menu served at a party with DJs.

“As it is an exclusive and special, unforgettable night, we thought of a menu and an experience to match with the best products we have to compose this menu in a balanced and provocative way at the same time. It will be a seven-course menu with an appetizer, two starters, two main courses, a pre-dessert and a dessert”, celebrates the chef.

Among the flavors served that are the most requested in the house, are the Golden Ball, which is a short rib dumpling stuffed with brie cheese and served with pepper jelly; the Smoked Sashimi with tiger milk, mango and strawberry vinaigrette, coriander and balsamic; and the Toasted Rib Cube with Boursin cheese cream and toasted hazelnuts.

The main dishes served are Grilled Shrimp with moqueca risotto, chestnuts, green vegetables and lemon; and the Golden Filet Mignon with roasted potatoes, leek cream with mushrooms and red wine sauce and l’ancienne mustard.

Finally, the desserts will be the Strawberry Confit with cheesecake cream and lemon and the Fondant Pie with hazelnut and puxuri cream.
