The OX Room Steakhouse restaurant will organize a charity dinner for the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital, on the 22nd of August. Dinner, served from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm, will include a starter, main course, dessert and soft drinks, for the amount of R$350 per person. Part of the funds raised will go to the hospital.

The three-course menu, signed by chef Fred Lopes, has two options for each item served.

For entry, the customer can choose between golden ball — breaded dumplings with a rib and cheese filling brie accompanied by pepper jelly — and Angus sushi — thin slices of Angus meat with caper oil, cream cheesearugula, parmesan and crispy rice.

As a main dish, the options are risotto. cacio e pepeprepared with parmesan cheese parmigiano reggiano and black pepper, or roasted salmon with homemade Moroccan couscous, candied tomatoes, almonds, mint and seaweed wakame marinade.

Finally, for dessert, the choice is between the iced coconut cake with Jack Honey whiskey, and the chocolate sphere with strawberry in liqueur, pistachio cream and lavender syrup.
