Parintins (AM) – This Saturday, July 22nd, the official launch of the campaign “A Baixa Está Unida!” takes place in Parintins (369 km from Manaus). of the candidate, Ida Silva, for president of the Boi-Bumbá Garantido Folklore Association (AFBBG). The event will take place at “Casa do Paulista”, located at Rua Armando Prado, nº 3486, starting at 7 pm. The venue is a traditional stronghold for “perrechés” fans, practically embedded in Baixa de São José, historical birthplace of Garantido, residence of the late Sandro Putnoki.

The official announcement will see the presentation of the proposals, when the candidate will talk about the need to reform the Folkloric Association’s statute and the urgent need to acquire a shed for making allegories, close to the bumbódromo, among other equally important things. Partners and supporters of the businesswoman’s candidacy are expected.
