Manaus (AM) – It’s not enough to be a fan, you have to demonstrate. The phrase gained real contours in the movie theaters of Manaus, at the premiere of the movie “Barbie”. At the Cinépolis Network at Shopping Ponta Negra, fans were able to show their love for the most famous doll in the world by dictating the pink tone of the sessions.

Dressed in the same crop top (a short piece of clothing) that read Barbie, three friends planned in advance to go to the film’s premiere session: they are businesswoman Andreia Mattos, physiotherapist Andreza Sara and civil engineer Nelcimara Lima. They dressed together and the details in pink could not be missing: from the pink watch, to sandals, purses, belts and other accessories.

The idea was Andreia’s, who saw the model of the blouse in a store and immediately remembered her friends. “I gave them the cropped as a gift and said: we’re going to the movies like this. They didn’t think twice and accepted it”, says Andreia. But it is Andreza Sara who explains the reason for showing love for the doll: “It’s the first time we do this, because it has a special feeling, connected to childhood.”,

explains the physiotherapist who reveals that she has collected at least 15 models of the doll.

The three friends took advantage of all the instagrammable spaces to record the moment, making it clear that they are true Barbie girls. From the doll’s traditional car, to the Barbie box and a Super Star dashboard.

Businesswoman Marizete Melo and daughter Maitê Campeão, 12 years old, were recording the post-session moment in one of the instagrammable spaces at Shopping Ponta Negra. It is her daughter Maitê who reveals who is the biggest fan of the doll: “I love Barbie, but my mother has a lot”, says her daughter. Marizete confirms that there must be more than 10 models. But the idea of ​​wearing pink was really Maitê’s, who convinced her mother to pay this homage to Barbie.

There are also those who are more of a fan of pink than even the doll. This is the case of businesswoman Auxiliadora Franco, who came from Manacapuru with her husband especially for the film’s premiere. The look: pink from head to toe. “I’m not even a fan of Barbie, I really like pink and I came more for the movie. We came from Manacapuru and are coming back today”,

Cosplay and cotton candy

Shopping Ponta Negra promotes this Saturday (22) an action with cosplays of Barbie and Ken, characters from the film. They will be available for photo on the panel alluding to the film and cotton candy will also be distributed to those who register photos with them.
