O brazero garcia It is the ideal destination for meat lovers. It offers dishes prepared with fresh and selected ingredients, roasted in wood with a touch of Uruguayan parrilla and American barbecue.

The restaurant participates in Festival Bom Gourmet with an exclusive menu and fixed price of BRL 109.90. The menu includes starter, main course and dessert. The highlight is the rib ragu, accompanied by rice with four cheeses and crispy bread. Another option is the parmigiana Brazero, with grilled sirloin steak, sugo sauce and melted cheese, served with noodles in butter.

Inaugurated in 2018, on Praia Brava de Itajaí, it was initially a snack house, but changed to the steak house concept in 2020, with prime cuts and certified suppliers. In 2021, Brazero Garcia took another leap, expanding to Barra Sul de Balneário Camboriú, in front of the beach. The environment is air conditioned and has live music on weekends. There is also a kids space, with toys and monitors, to ensure the fun of the children.

According to Jean Paulo Ramos and Marco Leandro Bastos, partners in the venture, eating at the restaurant is a unique experience and one that they continue to invest in so that customers leave satisfied and happy. “We want to offer not just a meal, but a moment of pleasure and joy for our customers”, says Ramos. “For this, we take care of all the details, from the choice of ingredients to the environment and the service. We are always looking to improve and innovate, to surprise and delight those who visit us”, completes Bastos.

Brazero Garcia is constantly expanding and already has three units in operation: in Praia Brava de Itajaí, in Barra Sul de Balneário Camboriú and in Marina Itajaí. In addition, the restaurant is building a new unit in Camboriú, which will be dedicated to events.
