The Amazon Biobusiness and Technology Incubator (inBioTa) of Nilton Lins University, launched yesterday (9), a podcast that will deal with entrepreneurship. Content focused on startups, science and technology will be disseminated through the university’s NIT channel, available on YouTube.
The programs last one hour and will be transmitted weekly from the studio located inside the institution of higher education. The podcast is developed by the incubator’s technical team in partnership with the Amazonian startup Hattori Tech.
According to the coordinator of inBioTa, Carlos Filipe Guimarães, the proposal is to bring university students, researchers, institutions and people who move the sector in Manaus and all of Amazonas to the program.
“This is one of the most important areas for the current economy and also for the future, especially for our region in terms of topics such as the bioeconomy. And again Nilton Lins University is a pioneer, among higher education institutions in the State, in creating this tool and bringing these issues to the center of academic debate and also with society as a whole”, he highlighted.
Projects
Nilton Lins’ inBioTa is two years old and currently has eight startups in its portfolio, which develop projects in the areas of technology, communication, sustainability and bioeconomy. In addition to researching Amazonian products for the manufacture of bioplastics, cosmetics and food.
