A year ago, Senacon had filed a lawsuit against the company for selling iPhone cell phones without plug chargers. The agency ordered the suspension of sales of all models in the iPhone line without the accessory and imposed a fine of more than R$12.2 million on Apple. However, with the negotiation of the TAC, the sanctions were suspended.
