In a pleasant house on the corner of Av. Miruna, in Moema, Soma Cervejaria was inaugurated on July 18, 2020, amid the pandemic.
Three years later, the party will wait a little longer, but with excellent news. On the last weekend of July, the 29th and 30th, the brewpub will celebrate its anniversary by offering one of its craft beers for R$3. That’s right, cheaper than a can of Heineken or Brahma Duplo Malte.
The beer in question will be the classic American lager, traditional beer, golden and refreshing, easy to drink (or, as they say in the industry, high drinkability), with 4.5% alcohol. Beer is usually one of the cheapest on the menu, for R$6 (300ml glass).
Soma’s other styles, all manufactured next to the bar, in tanks visible to the consumer, continue with their usual prices. The house should have among its 15 taps some novelties, such as a tripel, Belgian style, and a Russian imperial stout, previously aged in barrels.
The party will be completed with a commemorative cup, a live pop rock show, a varied menu with portions (including some for dogs) and hamburgers and even a guided tour for those who want to better understand the brewing process.
