Sister of Key Alves, from ‘BBB 23’, Keyt talks about the routine of an athlete and viewer of the reality show

Key Alves’ twin, from “Big Brother Brasil 23”, Keyt is also her sister’s professional colleague. Although not as confined as she is, the volleyball player ends up having to divide herself between training and watching the reality show 24 hours a day.

— The schedules of training and the program are almost opposites, I’m still adapting (laughs). But doing everything to maintain conditioning for training and also watching the videos until dawn — Keyt has fun.

At 1.65m, the São Paulo native plays as a libero for Vinhedo Country Club, a team that competes in the B series of the volleyball Superliga. Training takes place six times a week and has times spread throughout the day.

— I wake up every day at half past seven in the morning, from Monday to Saturday. There are six hours a day, but they are spread over two hours in the morning, two in the afternoon and two in the evening. In these intervals, you can take a break and also watch, or vote – he says, remembering the wall that Key, alongside Gustavo, got rid of.

The athlete enters the court this Friday, the 27th, at 8 pm, against Bradesco Esportes.
