Born and raised in Pilares, in the North Zone of Rio, Alan Oliveira is now making his acting debut as DJ Cidão, a member of Lui Lorenzo’s (José Loreto) team in “Vai na fé”. A novelist since he was a child, he says that the desire to act “was a distant dream”. “I worked as a delivery driver and started creating content on social networks. There were videos showing my day to day, with humor, and some had many views. I’m trans, I had gender transition surgery, and my first videos were showing this process. I know that addressing this topic has helped a lot of people, but I didn’t want to just talk about it. It’s been three years since I started the transition, then I wanted to produce content showing my work. I made a video about the motoboy of each zodiac sign that rocked! I ended up being invited to audition for the telenovela”, details him, who defines himself as a “motoboy influencer” and “from Rio de Janeiro” on Instagram.

At the age of 30, Alan says that his life has already changed after his appearance on TV. “I have had more visibility and opportunities than before. TV Globo is another world, even more so for me coming from the suburbs. Things got better, and I say that emotionally”, says he, who sees DJ Cidão as a guy who is happy with life. “He works at Lui’s mansion, he loves being in that world there, of fame and glamour”, he adds.
