Services Sector Parliamentary Front will deliver framework to Alckmin

The Joint Parliamentary Front of the Services Sector informed, this Friday (11), that it will deliver a proposal for an institutional framework to the vice-president and minister of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, Geraldo Alckmin, next Tuesday ( 15). The document will include priorities for job creation in the segment, to prevent the sector from being penalized in the tax reform.

“We defend equal treatment of the sector, which today accounts for about 70% of the country’s Gross Domestic Product”, emphasizes federal deputy Augusto Coutinho (Republicans/PE), who chairs the Front.

The Front’s parliamentarians defend the approval of the Brazilian Taxpayer Defense Code and the incentive to credit, in addition to employability in the segment, through the approval of the Marco das Garantias and the crediting of payrolls.

Another flag of the group is the settlement of tax, labor and social security liabilities of companies, with the creation of the Guarantee Fund for Labor Executions and the installment of tax debts. The audience between the Front and the vice president will take place at the ministry’s headquarters.
