The 40-year-old singer revealed that she can’t post photos without a filter

Singer Sandy, 40 years old, in an interview with Angélica’s new program “Angélica: 50 & Tanto”, on Globoplay shared never-before-seen stories about her life and career, and beauty treatments. The singer stated that she cannot post photos without a filter and that she lives with makeup at home because she does not think she is beautiful.

The singer, who has had a 33-year career, says that because she was prepared from a very early age to look good because of her work, she says she doesn’t feel good without being dressed up or wearing makeup: “I think it’s because I grew up like that, seeing myself with makeup on, seeing myself tidy. For me it’s very normal, that’s my face. My face is the one that people see ready. I’m unaccustomed to my normal face,” says Sandy.

In the new series ‘Angélica 50 & Tanto’ which premiered this Sunday (26) on Globoplay, Angélica tells stories about how the weight of fame led her to undergo beauty treatments that may have given her a tumor and even about how almost dying forced her to presenter dealing with a panic disorder that remains with her to this day.

The episode featured Maísa and Fernanda Souza, other great personalities who started their careers as children, like Sandy and even Angélica.
