In an interview with Extra, the singer and ex-BBB Rodriguinho said that he tried to contact Yasmin Brunet, apologized to Davi’s sister and sought out a racial literacy teacher.

Camarote recognized the mistakes it made while on the reality show. “In some situations, I wanted to explain the context in which some lines were said, or that I did not bring up a certain topic. But I understand that, being the oldest guy there, married, father of two daughters, it is impertinent, for example, for me to talk about a woman’s body,” he declared.

Rodriguinho cited the conversation about Yasmin’s body, which he had with other men from BBB 24. “This made me aware that I need to reflect on what my statements can cause. In Yasmin’s specific case, I spoke as if I was closing the matter. And we had a very playful relationship,” he said.

He commented that he took advantage of BBB to fully learn. “So when they asked if I had talked about her body, I didn’t remember. I understand people’s anger, so I don’t debate anymore. I used this situation to seek to delve deeper into different subjects”, he added.

The pagodeiro commented that he still looked for a racial literacy teacher. “There are subjects I have never learned in my life. I remember that at home I called Isabelle an Indian and I didn’t know that the correct thing to say was indigenous people. Cunhã said she wasn’t offended, she taught me and we followed. We have to be open to learning and not making mistakes again.”

Finally, he revealed that he tried to contact Yasmin Brunet, after sending a message to the model’s press officer, and that he wants to talk about the matter because of the friendship they developed and even apologized to Davi’s sister.

“In relation to Davi’s family, I spoke to his sister, Raquel. I apologized. Everything is fine with her. I would never hit him. It’s easier for me to catch up. Jokes aside, I said everything in a fit of rage and in my room, in private. It was an unfortunate speech at an unfortunate time. Who has never done this? The difference is that there were several cameras filming me”, he concluded.
