BRIGADEIRO CANDY WITH STRAWBERRY

Ingredients
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 box of strawberries
- 200g of butter
- 800g semisweet chocolate
Way of doing
- Cook the condensed milk until it reaches the point of brigadeiro (when you turn the pan, it should be coming away from the bottom)
- Allow to cool in a bowl at room temperature
- Butter your hand so it doesn’t stick and model the dough around the strawberry.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and quickly cool on the table for a shock.
- Then, put the chocolate in a bowl and cover each strawberry candy with this syrup.
- Wait to cool down before eating
CARROT CAKE WITH HAZELNUTS AND CHOCOLATE Syrup
Difficulty level: Easy
Preparation time: 1h15
Performance: 12 servings

- 300 g of carrots
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar
- juice of an orange
- 250g finely chopped hazelnuts
- 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
Way of doing
- Heat the oven to 180°C
- Peel and grate the carrots as finely as possible and set aside.
- Separate the egg whites and beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a mixer until the mixture is almost white.
- Turn off the mixer and, with a spoon, mix the orange juice, grated carrots, crushed hazelnuts, wheat flour, salt and yeast. Reserve.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently incorporate them into the previous mixture, using a wooden spoon.
- Grease a 24 cm round cake tin with butter.
- Place the dough and take it to the medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for about 45 minutes.
- Let the cake cool and place it upside down on a plate.
- In the meantime, prepare the chocolate sauce
Chocolate syrup
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g chocolate powder
- 2 cups of water (tea)
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
Way of doing
- In a saucepan, place the butter and chocolate, stirring constantly until the butter melts.
- Remove from heat and add heated water and sugar.
- Mix well and return to the heat, stirring constantly until it reaches the syrup point.
- Take a small portion of the syrup with a spoon and place it on the inner wall of the pan; when the syrup no longer drips, it will be ready.
CHOCOLATE CREAM WITH HAZELNUT
Difficulty: Average
Performance: About 400g

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of hazelnuts (tea)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate (chopped in small pieces)
- 3 tablespoons of corn glucose
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- ½ spoon (coffee) of salt
Way of doing
- Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and leave in a hot oven for about five minutes.
- Place them in a cloth and rub to remove as many of the skins as you can.
- Blend the hazelnuts in a food processor until you get a rustic paste consistency.
- Melt chocolate in double boiler
- Add the chocolate and the other ingredients and beat well for about eight minutes until you get a paste consistency.
