Holder was sentenced to another ten years in prison for shooting two witnesses. Prosecutors said Holder shot Hussle at least 10 times after they met on a Sunday afternoon outside the clothing store. After a brief conversation, Holder left. About ten minutes later, he returned and opened fire. Rapper Nipsey Hussle is murdered in the USA Public defender Aaron Jansen acknowledged that Holder killed Hussle, but argues that he should not be convicted of first-degree murder, on the grounds that the attack was not premeditated. Hussle, who was 33 when he died, has publicly acknowledged that he joined a gang as a teenager. He later became an activist and entrepreneur as he found success in rap and collaborated with artists such as Snoop Dogg and Drake.
