The Ministry of Labor and Employment will pay, this month, the PIS/Pasep allowance to 4.7 million private and public sector workers born in May and June or with a final registration number of 3 or 4. The total amount released is R$ 4.7 billion.
The money will be available from April 17th at Caixa Econômica Federal, which pays PIS to private sector workers, or at Banco do Brasil, for public servants.
Of the total, 4.1 million beneficiaries born in May or June will receive the amounts at Caixa and 555,191 civil servants with final registration 3 or 4 will have the money at Banco do Brasil. The amount of the allowance varies from BRL 109 to BRL 1,302, according to the number of months worked in the base year 2021.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, an extra batch of PIS/Pasep will be paid to workers born in January, February, March and April who did not have the amount released at Caixa or Banco do Brasil in the first two batches due to some discrepancy in the system.
After data reprocessing by Dataprev (a government technology company), 1.4 million workers are eligible to receive the benefit in this lot. The filing date is also April 17th. The total amount released reaches R$ 1.4 million.

- Log in with your CPF and password registered on the Portal Gov.br. If you have not registered, you can do so on this website.
- Then click on “Salary Allowance”
- On the next screen, information will appear on whether or not the worker will receive the benefit
BY APPLICATION
- On your cell phone or tablet, download the Digital Work Card application, if you don’t have it.
- Log in with your CPF and password registered on the Portal Gov.br. If you have not registered, you can do so on this website.
- On the home screen, click on “Abono Salarial – Consult”. If the option does not appear, click on the menu at the bottom of the screen, then on “Benefits and Salary Allowance”
- On the next page, information about amounts receivable will appear.
Who is entitled to the benefit?
The worker who, in the base year of 2021, is entitled to the PIS/Pasep allowance:
- Performed paid activity with a formal contract for at least 30 days in 2021
- Received up to two minimum wages, on average
- You have been enrolled in the PIS/Pasep for at least five years
- Had their data correctly informed by the employer in Rais and eSocial
