Origem Restaurant welcomes Rafa Costa e Silva in September

If you have a trip planned in September to the Northeast and manage to fit in Salvador, I guarantee you, you will eat very well. Luckily, I’ll be there! Those who are promoting this gastronomic movement in the city are Fabrício Lemos and Lisiane Arouca from Restaurante Origem, who in 2022 entered the famous list
The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 52nd place among the best in Latin America.

And this isn’t the first chef to cook with the duo. They have welcomed big names in Brazilian and international gastronomy such as Nello Cassese from Cipriani, Luana and Eduardo from Metzi, Rubens Catarina, executive chef of the DOM group, among other big names.

The general idea is to provide a different and exclusive experience at the house, in addition to promoting the exchange of chefs from other cultures and culinary styles. The Edition with Rafa Costa e Silva will be on September 28th. The guest chef is from the famous Lasai restaurant, in Rio de Janeiro. With a Michelin star and many national and international awards, this six-hand dinner is promising.

Dinner is in the hands of chefs Fabrício and Rafa, each one will serve a recipe for each stage, and pastry chef Lisie will be in charge of the desserts. The full menu paired with wines costs R$650.00.

Anticipating some of the dishes, creations such as ‘cashew nuts, mushrooms, roots’ (cashew nut cream, sautéed mushrooms, roots and mushroom powder) and grilled lobster with vongole broth.
