Portfolio with Natan’s frozen products will be available to entrepreneurs

Manaus (AM) – The public attending the International Amazon Gastronomy Fair (FIGA), this Saturday (30) and Sunday (October 1), at the Vasco Vasques Convention Center, will be able to taste, at the Natan Congelados stand, the foods sold by the group and get tips on preparation from chef Bruno Muller.

The portfolio of Natan’s frozen products will be available to entrepreneurs working in the food sector.

“We have more than one hundred products manufactured in-house, including bread, cheese bread, savory snacks, cakes and sweets, which will be presented to the public, especially to entrepreneurs in the sector”,

says Arian Ribeiro, director of the company.

One of Natan’s pillars, according to him, is to offer the customer practicality and time savings, combined with the quality of the products.

“At the stand we will have the main products and we will also be available to the public to add that touch of flavor, teaching some tips for making the best use of food”,

also reinforces chef Bruno Muller.

The Natan Group has been present in the food market for 44 years, working on two fronts: distribution, to bakeries, supermarkets, cafeterias, among others, and retail sales, with four own stores in Manaus and one in Manacapuru, Amazonas , as well as one more in Boa Vista, in Roraima.

Another focus of service are entrepreneurs working in the confectionery and savory sector, who have been achieving excellent sales results with frozen products. “In this segment, the entrepreneur can count on the convenience of buying the item ready, only to be roasted or fried and resold”, explains Ribeiro. “Furthermore, the profit margin for them is quite attractive”, he states.

In addition to the ease of preparing the products and their quality, Natan also offers technical support so that the new entrepreneur can learn how to handle and prepare savory and sweet products, so that they can deliver a product with good presentation and excellent flavor to the end consumer.
