Mother’s Day lineup includes tribute to Whitney Huston

Manaus (AM)- Manaus will win a special program on Mother’s Day with a tribute to one of the best singers of all time. The show “A Salute to Whitney Houston” will be held on the 14th, at 8 pm, at Teatro Manauara, for the first time in the capital of Amazonas. The winner of the 5th edition of The Voice Brasil, Mylena Jardim, will be responsible for bringing the artist to life.
Using a sequence of the singer’s original costumes, Mylena excites when interpreting Whitney Houston with originality. Live dancers and musicians complete the experience that has attracted audiences of all ages.
“For the very first time we will be in Manaus, at Teatro Manauara, honoring the great artist that is Whitney Houston. I am very happy to take this beautiful show to the capital of Amazonas, it will be an exciting night with several hits that marked Whitney’s career. It’s even hard to choose, but I’m sure everyone will like it. The public cannot lose, I hope everyone!”, stated Mylena.
Timeless classics that marked generations such as I Will Always Love You, I Have Nothing, Greatest Love of All, I Wanna Dance with Somebody, among other hits, make up the repertoire of the musical that has already been watched by more than 100 thousand people in Brazil and Europe.
