Caixa Econômica Federal will draw this Saturday (16th), at 8pm, at Espaço da Sorte in São Paulo, the six numbers of Contest 2,701 of the Mega-Sena. The estimated gross premium is R$58 million.

Bets, from numbers 01 to 60, must be placed by 7pm at lottery outlets accredited by the bank, on the Loterias Caixa website or via an app (Android or IOS version). The minimum bet (simple game), with six numbers, costs R$5, and the maximum, with 20 numbers, costs R$193,800.

For the minimum bet, the probability of matching the six numbers is one in more than 50 million. For the maximum bet, the chance of success is one in 1,292.

The gross prize paid to winning bets (sine, corner and four) corresponds to 43.35% of the total collected. The other part is redistributed to finance public policies, funds and entities, as provided for by law.

The largest proportions of this collection are allocated to funding and maintenance expenses (19.13%); social security (17.32%); National Public Security Fund (9.26%) and National Culture Fund (2.92%).

Of the amount allocated to prizes, 35% is distributed among those who match the 6 numbers drawn (sena); 19% among those who guessed 5 numbers correctly (corner) and 19% among those who guessed 4 numbers correctly (quadra), informs the Caixa Econômica Federal electronic portal.

In addition to paying the prizes, 22% are accumulated and distributed to those who match the 6 numbers in the 0 or 5 final contests; and 5% is accumulated for the first bracket – sena – of the last competition of the year ending 0 or 5, Mega da Virada.

The Mega-Sena prize has been accumulated since Contest 2,697. The previous competition, held on February 5th, was for a pool of 24 shares in Goiânia, each of which received around R$8.6 million.
