MC Daniel is summoned by Court in action for moral damages

MC Daniel was summoned by the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) to give a statement after a fan alleged that he was attacked by the singer’s security guards at a show. The artist will have to appear at a hearing this Wednesday (29), as the fan is asking for compensation of R$91,000.

The alleged attack allegedly took place during a show in September 2022, in the city of Ourinhos, in the interior of São Paulo. The fan claims to have gone hoping to take a photo with the singer and tried to get on stage.

The young man confirms that he was stopped with excessive violence by security guards. At the time, he was 16 years old and says he was taken to a corner, where he was surrounded and attacked more. In the process there are attachments with care records, which show signs of physical aggression due to the bruises presented.
