This Thursday (21), Banco Itaú shared a video announcing Madonna’s arrival in Brazil. Without confirming the exact date, the sponsor revealed that more information will be announced soon for its customers.
The information was confirmed after weeks of rumors about the Queen of Pop coming to the country. Some fans have already planned to buy plane tickets after a rumor circulated about the singer’s possible free show on Copacabana beach on May 4th.

The presentation will mark the end of the “The Celebration Tour”, which celebrates the queen of pop’s 40-year career, goes through all her eras and brings together some of her main hits. Hits such as “Vogue”, “Holiday” and “Like a Prayer” are present in the setlist.
At the moment, the North American singer is in the middle of a sequence of four shows in Mexico City that would close “The Celebration Tour”. With the tour, Madonna has already visited Europe and the United States and will perform 81 shows in total.
This will be the fourth time that the queen of pop will come to Brazil to perform. In her first visit, in 1993, she did a show at Morumbi and another at Maracanã with the “The Girlie Show” tour, from the album “Erotica”.
