Lula’s minister dyes hair at inclusive Carnival – 03/06/2023 – Panel SA

Márcio França, Minister of Ports and Airports, dyed his hair blue this weekend. The game took place on Saturday (4), during Carnapupa, an event held by Instituto Lagarta Vira Pupa, which supports people with disabilities and their families.

“For this reason I even dye my hair,” wrote the minister on a social network. He published a video that shows the moment of painting. It was the second edition of the Carnival block made for people with disabilities, in the center of São Paulo.

The Lagarta Vira Pupa institute was created by the activist and elected state deputy Andréa Werner, a member of the same party as Márcio França, the PSB.

According to Werner, the post-Carnival block, which was suspended for three years because of the pandemic, will resume with annual editions. She claims that the idea is to expand the party “until we no longer need to use the adjective inclusive at any event”.
