[ad_1]
Basil guarantees some benefits to the body. Among the main ones are combating insomnia and migraines, helping to cure laryngitis and pharyngitis, helping to reduce fever, activating the immune system and its analgesic, antiseptic and healing properties. It’s no surprise that basil tea is a classic.
The plant is also a popular feature in exquisite dishes and drinks, due to its unique aroma and flavor. Together with lemon, it is capable of bringing the refreshment that hot days require.
So, why not combine the best of both worlds in a coffee drink with lemon and basil. Gabriel Gonzáles, barista at Lucca Café, signs Lemon Coffee, an easy-to-prepare drink that adds the aroma and unparalleled pleasure that only coffee can provide to the flavor of lemon and the attributes of basil.
The mixture of fruits and other unusual elements with coffee is already in the cocktail shakers of baristas and mixologists in the country and around the world, as a way of reinventing the common act of drinking the drink.
Non-alcoholic, Lemon Coffee can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night, and on any occasion.
Check out the recipe.
