In addition to Sabor Popular, the 13th edition of the Bom Gourmet Award also features the Specialties phase, which has 15 categories, each with a body of judges made up of influencers, regulars of bars and restaurants and consumers with particular interests and experiences related to life. gastronomy of the city. The establishments and products most indicated by them will be the winners.

The Bom Gourmet Committee will praise and honor gastronomy personalities and businesses from the perspective of a group of recognizedly specialized professionals who will gather to analyze and define this year’s highlights in eight categories, including the special category Erasto Gaertner, in which chefs will develop special recipes focused on health, and the Sustainable Business Models category, in partnership with Composta+.

The HAUS Ambientação committee aims to reward architecture, design and decoration solutions in establishments, and for this purpose it will bring together a team of specialists in the field to choose the outstanding places and the great champion. The winners of all these rounds will be known on the 28th of August.
